Timberland works through a set process that provides you with a complete picture before the shovel hits the dirt. Together, we work through concept to design to construction, ensuring clear communication throughout the entire project.
The key to our process is the initial design phase. We first have an onsite meeting to get a better idea of what you are looking for. From there we draft a preliminary design and then through collaboration create final working drawings. It is not until we are all on the same page, literally, that we then look to the construction phase. We come up with complete budgets and final construction scheduling and planning.
Once the construction begins we work with our clients as changes do happen and need to come up with creative solutions to onsite challenges.
Finally, we complete the construction of the project and doe a walk through to make sure all the small details are taken care of. In the end the flexibility and creativity in the entire process helps create special places for you to enjoy.
